Welcome to Grizzly. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of grizzly-canada.com and all services we offer. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bets. By registering with us, you're agreeing to be bound by these terms.

Grizzly is an online casino and sports betting platform serving Canadian players. Players located in Ontario are served under the iGaming Ontario regulatory framework, which means we operate as a registered gaming operator in that province. Players in other provinces are served under our applicable licensing arrangements.

We reserve the right to ask for proof of eligibility at any time. If you can't provide it, we may suspend or close your account.
You can only hold one account with Grizzly. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited. When you register, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information is a serious breach of these terms.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Don't share your password with anyone. If you think your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us immediately at [email protected].
We are legally required to verify your identity before processing withdrawals and in other circumstances. This is standard practice for all licensed online casinos in Canada and is part of our anti-money laundering obligations.

Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. We aim to complete KYC reviews within 3 business days of receiving all required documents.
All transactions on Grizzly are processed in Canadian dollars (C$). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the cashier.
We do not accept cash or third-party payments. The payment method you use to deposit must be in your name. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
We aim to process withdrawal requests within 3 to 5 business days, though this can vary depending on your payment method and whether your account verification is complete. We're not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors once funds have left our system.
From time to time, Grizzly offers bonuses, free spins, and other promotions. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts. Those specific terms are posted on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

All games on Grizzly use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game results are independently audited for fairness. The rules for each individual game are available within the game interface.
Grizzly is not responsible for any losses resulting from technical failures on your end, including internet disconnections. If a technical failure occurs on our end during a game round, we'll do our best to resolve it fairly. In cases where a game result cannot be determined, the bet may be voided and your stake returned.

You can close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining balance (excluding locked bonuses) will be returned to you after standard verification checks.
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, if we suspect fraud or illegal activity, if required to do so by a regulator, or if you request self-exclusion. In cases of confirmed fraud or terms violations, we reserve the right to withhold any balance in the account.
To the extent permitted by Canadian law, Grizzly's liability to you is limited to the amount of funds held in your account at the time of any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our services.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable laws of the province in which you reside. Ontario players are subject to the rules and regulations of iGaming Ontario. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Canadian courts.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we'll post the updated version here and update the date at the top. If the changes are material, we'll notify you by email. Continuing to use Grizzly after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
